       We offer the best products with  best prices, and we inspect and pack all of our orders with care before they are shipped out to you,  so  we think you'll be extremely satisfied with your purchases. However, there are times when items are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. If this is the case for you, we'll gladly replace them, or refund the money to you.

       If in case there is any defect for the electronic parts of the products within 180 days of your purchase after the normal use, we will replace the parts for you or fix the problem for you, but no including the other consumed parts, such as the Cartridges, E-Liquid etc.

        There are two kinds of guarantee methods:1.)The Free Replacement Parts will be shipped with express at our expense after we receive your broken parts at your expense(shipping cost),2.)we will ship the Replacement Part with your next order together.
